About Shaneika

Hi! I'm Shaneika B Glover. I am a Transformation Coach. I implement my education, work experience, ministry leadership experience, talents and gifts to empower people to be better versions of themselves. 

I stumbled upon my passion to coach through my Christian online ministry to which I currently have the wonderful opportunity to freely minister to people all over the world! I also mentored a group of women over a span of 4 years. During that time, I learned how to communicate with people from a spiritual perspective, lead, guide, and encourage them in their faith walk. Although my time was short mentoring, it left a lasting impact on my life. After seeking the Lord about this unexpected desire to pursue coaching, God  answered and said YES, do it! With that said, I decided to move forward with coaching so that I could help people fully embrace their God given purpose.  My goal is to consistently strive to be a coach that helps people transform their lives and step into the calling God has for them. My holistic approach to coaching places heavy emphasis on encouraging deep lasting changes by addressing the spiritual root causes of their challenges and the ways in which they perceive these challenges. Overall, my mission is to help people overcome negative or false belief’s, and patterns that have been holding them back from moving forward into their purpose for Gods kingdom.
