We will refund 97% of your session fee if you cancel 48 hours in advance to your scheduled session.
You must send a request to cancel that includes your full name, order number, and date of your scheduled session to: transformingcoachshaneika@gmail.com.
Once we verify your identity and purchase date to be 48 hours in advance, we will cancel your session and issue a refund. * If we cannot verify your identity and order number, we will not issue you a refund*
*3% (percent) of all charges per session are non refundable due to processing fees*
*There are no refunds if you do not follow the above written steps and cancel your scheduled session 48 hours in advance to your scheduled session*
*There are no refunds for sessions we cancel due to the client being late (15 minutes or more)*
Refunds can take around 5-7 business days to process and appear on your card. If you have not received your refund within that timeframe, we recommend that you contact your credit card company.
